Hi Burak - I like your thoughtful articles/posts on LinkedIn when the feed shows. I agree on distribution vs build but with a caveat.
IMO the distribution can be a mirage. In the age of AI & Agents where interfaces are natural language or MCP servers, the stickiness and cost of switching is very low.
So just because a company has great distribution and traction today does not mean it will be safe or will have similar one year from now.
