Do you want to heal?

If you want to heal, you have to stop pretending that everything is fine.

This applies to your life and to your startup.

Sometimes, it will be very difficult for you to accept your reality. That's life.

But nothing has ever been resolved by escaping from reality or denying it.

Remember this: What you resist, persists.

Your mental narrative is always much more apocalyptic than reality. Reality is what it is, it doesn't carry all the emotional weight you put on it or the meaning you attribute to it. It just is.

If you really want to heal and evolve, you must first recognize and accept.

If you channel the same energy you use to pretend, deny, and escape into resolving, the issue would already be solved.

If you channel the same energy you use to worry into taking action, the issue would already be solved.

Don't exhaust yourself by escaping.
