totally. You can easily do a run of this. Of course this is for very early stage ideation when you want to do quick validation of ideas.
Only caveat is that you have access to the audience, so you don't need to spend time finding users to recruit for interviews and testing.
Takes 12hrs if you want to power through it.

Interview prep: 1 hr
User Interviews: 2.5 hrs
Identify problems and extract opportunity: 60 mins
Discovery work: 1 hr
Brainstorm and Shortlist: 1 hr
Build prototype: 90 mins
User testing: 2.5 hrs
Extract Learnings: 30 mins
Roadmap: 30 mins
Yes- user interview can take 1hr - 1 week
But all depends
